“Here. Take this tea, Tabitha. It will help to calm your nerves,” Donovan handed me a cup of tea and I accepted it.

I couldn't believe that my brother was gone and I couldn't even get to see his corpse. I wanted to give my brother a proper funeral, but how could I do that if Kevin doesn't want to tell me where he is. He was keeping my brother's corpse from me and I know why. He wanted to use that as leverage, ensuring that I would find him.
