"A case file...for the custody of my boys?!" my heartbeat accelerated as everything began to spin around me.

Michelle held me while Myron helped me to the chair and a glass of water. Michelle picked up the document and read through it.

"B-but.." she stuttered, "I don't understand? Who would want custody of your children? Aren't they yours and Myron's?"

I was too hysterical to reply. All I could was force my sobs in.
