Michelle's POV

The bright sunlight pierced through my eyes, causing me to shut them back. After some seconds I managed to open them again.

I stared at my surroundings and understood that it was noon, judging from the sunlight peering through the fluffy curtains.

My gaze fell on a petite woman dressed in white. I recognized her as Annabel's home nurse. Why is she by my side? Isn't she supposed to be with Annabel?
