Everyone freezes and even Kade looks at me like I'm talking nonsense.

I turn to look at Rosanne.

"You can do that, right?" I ask her.

Her eyes dart to Alpha Kade, who is standing behind me.

And then, she looks back at me.

I'm almost certain every fiber in Kade's body is telling him to stop me.
