My heart sank when I saw Lucian's condition. I tried patting his cheek several times, but he remained motionless. Lucian looked like someone having a nightmare, but his entire body was cold. This made me panic and feel terrified.

"Lucian, please. Wake up!" I wanted to call Maxime, but he wouldn't let me go. What should I do now? What if something worse happens?
