Lucian remained silent while the pack council members stared at each other. No one spoke a word.

"Why are you so quiet, Lucian?"

Lucian smiled. "Why am I quiet? I want to know why you suddenly threw a tantrum, Honey."

Honey? What the hell? Was he acting romantic in front of the pack council?

"I'm not throwing a tantrum. I just want your honesty, Lucian! Why? Why are you so cold to me? Why does everyone hate me? Why am I the only one who doesn't know about you!"
