I stood frozen in Nadine’s doorway. The sight hit me out of nowhere, leaving me speechless. The man I loved was hugging my sister, the woman who was supposed to be his wife once. I saw Nadine crying. I knew she was heartbroken from losing her kid, but I’m still a woman with a lot of feelings. Especially when it comes to the guy I love.
