"Doctor, save my daughter!"

My dad was totally freaking out when Nadine was rushed to the hospital, clearly in a lot of pain. I didn't know what was going on, but Nadine was screaming, and it was scaring me.

"You have to wait outside, Alpha," a medical worker said.

The medical staff immediately took Nadine into the emergency room. We weren't allowed to go in with her. My dad kept running his hands over his face. He looked scared and regretful.
