“Aaargh!!!”

I managed to break the lock with my strength. Right away, Ariel opened the door and stepped inside.

“Ariel, wait!”

We went in together, but what I saw left me speechless.

“What the hell is this? Aren’t the maids supposed to live here?”

The place was empty, like an abandoned building that no one had ever set foot in. Empty, dirty, and dark.

“Something’s off, Lucian,” Ariel muttered.

“What?”
