SABRINA’S POV

The drive home was silent and thick with tension. I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown. The doctor had declared me free to go and said I just needed to rest at home for a few days before returning to my normal routine.

Mom had left in her own car because she said she had an important meeting with someone she couldn't cancel on.
