Five to six hours later the cry of a baby echoed throughout the room and I slanted back into bed. I was exhausted.

"Congratulations, Alpha, Luna, it's a healthy baby boy," The doctor announced with a smile. I smiled too, looking at Edward's face, it was priceless and like me, his heart was already full of love for our son.

The doctor brought the baby to me and I kissed his perfect little face before laying him on my chest.
