Sara broke down crying then, throwing herself into my arms, fat tear drops rolling down her cheeks. I wrapped her in my arms tightly, even though my hands were shaking.

I felt sick. Actually sick. My stomach was twisted so tightly it felt like it might rip, and my hands were trembling as I reached for Sara and pulled her against my chest. She folded into me immediately, her thin shoulders shaking as she cried against my chest.
