BODIEAs the cold starts to seep in too harshly, I clench my teeth tightly and turn to head back into my new chamber.

The stone walls greet me once again; their unfamiliarity welcomes me as I open the door. “This would take some getting used to,” I murmur to myself as I shut the door.

I resume the not-so-busy task of staring at the ceiling, pondering over a billion reasons why she left years ago, and more so why she’s acting this cold towards me.
