KIRA'S POV

Breakfast was a strange affair.

Wanting some semblance of normalcy, I'd decided to come down to the dining room for breakfast, as usual. Dante and I were the only ones present. For now, at least.

I'd barely finished the thought before Mira appeared. When she saw me at the table, she stopped in her tracks for a second, then walked towards me.

Dante and I tensed up a bit, but Mira only smiled when she reached where I was sitting.
