I stared at Mira as she stormed away from the dining hall after giving a death glare to both Asher and Kira.

Asher, I didn't care about. But Kira? Mira needed to accept that if there was a victim in everything that had happened, it was Kira.

Earlier in the dining room, we'd just been talking about the upcoming ball to celebrate the passing of the Blood Moon. The party was usually held here in the castle, on the day after the Blood Moon.
