Whitney’s voice called out in surprise, her eyes widening when she saw him staggering out, his shoulders bleeding profusely.

Xander muttered silently, hating the fact that Josh had brought Whitney along after telling him to come alone. The last thing he wanted was for her to see him in such a state.
