“Serena,” Lucy's heavy breathing made her words barely audible. “I am a girl, just like you. Please help me escape, I can't be anyone's sex slave.” She cried out.
Being the breeder meant that she had only one job— her body didn't belong to her anymore, she had to please the Alpha whenever he wanted and bear children for him. That wasn't the life she wanted for herself, she wanted to be a famous writer, not some psychopath's toy.
“Lucy, there is nothing I can do for you, do you understand?” Serena helped her to her feet. “Come take a bath, then I'll dress you up and take you to him. I have a piece of advice for you, don't fight it. If you decide to go against Alpha Donovan, be prepared for unimaginable punishment.” Serena's eyes carried the weight of pity that she felt for Lucy at the moment.
As she took her bath, Lucy groaned and wailed for her life. How could things go so wrong so fast? Her life may not have been very rosy, but this was far worse than she could have ever imagined. Nothing made sense, she felt like she was in the dark, being led through a path that was full of uncertainties.
Five minutes later, Serena helped Lucy out of the bath and dressed her up in a beautiful black dress that exposed her cleavage and thighs. It was transparent, and she had no underwear under the dress. Although she felt uncomfortable, Lucy did not disobey, knowing that she had no other choice. They were werewolves! How was she to stand against them?
After getting her ready, Serena led out of the room and to the Alpha's chamber. As soon as those doors opened and Serena left, Lucy's soul left her body.
“Come here.” Donovan's commanding but yet seductive voice came. She hesitated, but finally approached the couch where he was sitting.
Shirtless and unbothered by the cold, Donovan stared at her form, his manhood throbbing at the sight of the beauty in front of him. Her figure was exposed, but he was more focused on the two perfect oranges sitting on her chest. Her pink, pointed nipples were staring back at him.
“Please, I beg you. Don't do this to me. Just let me go, my sister and I will be indebted to you if you let us go.” Lucy sniffed, her eyes red and stinging from her tears.
Donovan, unfazed by her tears or pleading, got to his feet and grabbed her wrist, pulling her close so harshly that she landed on his chest and groaned.
“You're already indebted to me, princess.” He grinned and threw her on the couch effortlessly. Lucy wailed in fear, her widened eyes remaining on the beast that was stalking her like she was prey.
She was deathly afraid of him, but that did not stop her from noticing how sexy he looked without a shirt, sweat dripping down his bare and slightly hairy chest. The space between her legs throbbed, leaving her feeling embarrassed.
“Please.. please, please!” She cried, pushing her knees against her chest, weeping heavily but keeping her eyes on him.
“The more you resist, the more you make it all worthwhile for me. I've never really liked dull women.” He smirked and grabbed her arms, spreading them apart and keeping them still while his lower body weight kept her legs in place.
Try as she may, she couldn't escape from his grip. Her pleading meant nothing to him. He kissed her nipples through the dress, giving them little bites that made her shudder.
“No! No!” Lucy struggled, but he did not stop, he did not let her go.
… OUTSIDE THE MANSION(9PM) …
A burgundy colored car drove into the huge compound and pulled over. A line of maids ran to the car, they queued up and stood with their heads lowered. A guard stepped out of the car first and then held the door open.
A beautiful, sophisticated and classy looking lady stepped out of the car, her perfume filling the noses of everyone present. The maids immediately bowed their heads, her aura— blinding.
She wore a blue, long, dinner gown with a thigh high slit. Her hair was black and silky, bouncing as she made her way through the entrance, her stilettos making a statement as she walked by.
Her name was Evangeline Ford. Her father was a powerful Beta, gaining her the respect that she commanded. She wasn't one to be messed with, and she never forgets.
“Welcome my lady.” Her personal maid, Danielle bowed, welcoming her into the mansion. Evangeline's eyes moved around the grand living room, a slight smile tugging on the corner of her lips. She had been away for a long time, but nothing had really changed.
“Where is my betrothed?” She questioned, referring to Donovan, her eyes lighting up.
“He's in his chamber, my lady.” Danielle bowed.
Evangeline tried to make her way up the stairs as she had missed Donovan terribly and couldn't wait to see him again. Before she could move, Danielle blocked her path, causing the excitement on her face to dissipate.
“What are you doing?”
“I'm sorry, my lady. But the Alpha is very busy at the moment anhas asked everyone to stay away from his chamber.” Danielle explained, lowering her gaze and shutting her eyes tightly, anticipating a slap from her mistress.
“Why!?” Evangeline huffed.
“He's with his new girl.”
Evangeline was shocked and angry at the same time, overwhelmed by jealousy. She had told Donovan not to bring any more girls home, but he went ahead and did it anyway. She knew quite well about his reasons for bringing several girls; a secret that she had promised him that she would take to her grave. But that did not stop her from feeling jealous. She was his betrothed and he should be with her only!
“Who is she?” Her fists tightened, the warm ambience that had surrounded her earlier, disappearing.
“I have no idea, but I heard that her name is Lucy.” Danielle replied with a shrug.
“Lucy..” Evangeline called with gritted teeth. She swore to get rid of her just like she did the others before walking towards the direction of her room.
.
Lucy lay there in a pool of her own sweat and tears, clutching her body and trying to recover from what had just happened to her. Donovan had abused her and taken away her innocence. She cried and begged him to stop, but he didn't listen. He was a monster, and she hated him.
After having his way with her, Donovan left to attend to some issues that night, asking her to leave before he would return.
Despite the burning sensation between her legs, she was forced to get up on her own. She staggered about before finally grabbing her flimsy dress and throwing it on.
She started walking towards the door, but something that she saw out of the corner of her eyes caused her to turn. It was a symbol, boldly inscribed above the door that led into Donovan's main bedroom. She didn't notice it the first time.
“I.. I know that symbol.” She muttered to herself, her heart racing. She desperately hoped that it wasn't what she thought it was.
Slowly, Lucy held the locket around her neck in her hand, staring at it before snapping it open. There it was— the very same symbol.
Her father gave her that locket, how is it possible that Donovan had the exact same one on his wall? What was going on?
