Kanan’s POV

I’d returned to Scarlet’s room. Shrugging the door open, taking slow steps towards her.

“Are you..doing okay?” I asked.

She glanced at me, letting out a scoff. When I tried to reach for her, she slapped my hand away, glaring at me. I couldn’t tell what thoughts were going through her mind from that gaze of hers. Scarlet flinched when I tried to touch her again as she spoke this time.

“Don’t you fucking touch me!” She yelled. “Why did you bring me here? huh? ...
