LYRA

The roar shook the mountain.

Not metaphorically.

The entire cavern lurched violently sideways as the sound thundered upward from beneath the ruins, deep enough to vibrate through bone and blood alike.

Dust exploded from the ceiling.

Stone cracked.

And every single ancient wolf went still.

Not calm stillness.

Fear.

Real fear.

Fenrir snarled instantly, massive claws digging into the fractured stone beneath him while silver fur rose sharply along his spine.
