ASTRID's POV

We arrived at the hospital and I held Ethan's hand very closely.

When we got to Mateo's ward he was on the bed with Lisa and they were giggling hard. I avoided his gaze, and I only stared at Lisa.

"Hey, Astrid.. Wow, I didn't know you would be coming back today."

She stood up, hugged me lightly, and I smiled back at her. 

"Sir, I had no idea you were coming.. Please, sit.. I mean.."

Mateo tried standing on his feet but Ethan held him down.
