AVERY’s POV

My phone rang and it was Shawn! This fool keeps calling at the wrong time. 

“What.. What do you mean?”

“Lucrecia, do not play dumb with me. I overheard you on the phone talking on the phone”

“Shit!”

She exclaimed, but I kept staring at her angrily.

“Well, you heard it then. And so what?”

There was not a single sign of remorse from her whatsoever. She looked more relaxed than I expected.
