AVERY’s POV

I wasn't sure how I was supposed to feel after hearing him say that so confidently. Like what did he mean?

“Oh. I am sorry, I will leave”

“Avery, that is not what I mean, please wait”

He ran and grabbed me from behind, I pushed his hands away but he pulled me in for a hug. 

I wiped off my tears and didn't hug him back.
