Confused. That’s the only word I can use to describe the state of my mind right now. Everything feels like pieces of a puzzle scattered across the floor, and no matter how hard I try, they don’t seem to fit into one clear picture.

I keep asking myself if I made the right decision—walking away from Katrina, or rather, telling her it was over after that heated argument. My head feels heavy, but my heart is heavier.
