~Ella~ The vague whispers around me made me open my eyes slowly, adjusting to the light. I felt Something trickling slowly down my face in small balls. I could make out that it was a liquid substance.

I saw Scott's face relax a little, and a few of the cops appeared gigantic before me. I immediately noticed that I was partly on the floor. My upper half rested on Scott's opened arms.

What happened? I touched my head trying to figure out what had happened to me. Why was I on the floor? And why ...
