Smells? He doesn’t know what he’s going to do about it? What does he mean by that?

My nose snarls in disgust as I think about what it smells like inside the cabin. The outside doesn’t smell that pleasant, so I can’t imagine what it smells like inside.

Could it really be that much worse?
