Stepping out of Ciara's ward, Alena walks up to me.

"What's the matter, Dad?. Is everything alright with Ciara?" She rambles on.

"Everything is fine" I assured, flashing my brightest smile at her. "Come on, let's go home"

"Isn't Ciara coming home with us?"

I shake my head. "Not tonight, honey. She needs to rest"
