Aurora’s POV

The air in the small house was heavy with steam after the shower, and Gray’s presence filled every corner.

My skin still tingled from the heat of the water, but more than that, from the way his eyes never left me. His gaze was deep, consuming, as though he was memorizing me all over again.

He stepped closer, water dripping from his hair, his chest rising and falling steadily. Without a word, he cupped my face in his hand and pressed his lips to mine.
