Chloe's POV

He was back, but not to give me comfort. I smelt him before I felt him and when I did, it was so intense that I screamed. 

"Shh," his hand immediately covered my mouth, but his crazy pace didn't stop. 

"Jayden," I called and tried to peel his hand off my mouth as he was also blocking my breathing, but his hold was strong and I could only resort to breathing through the space between his fingers, resulting in my saliva dropping on his palm.
