Chloe hadn't came out of her room since we got home. 

The body remained at the mortuary while my mom insisted on taking over the burial process and discussing it with the Fitzgeralds who promised immense support throughout the process of the burial and I couldn't be more grateful. 

I still didn't feel any grief and didn't any to be a part of it.
