Ana's baby is tiny but perfect.

Two pounds, three ounces. Healthy lungs. Strong heartbeat. Born screaming like she's already angry at the world.

"It's a girl," Dr. Hoffman announces.

"Is she okay?"

"She's early, but she's a fighter."
