“Ahh.. Harder!! Bianca cried, grabbing the silk white sheets, panting and gasping for air as Damien slid in and out of her. They went on for long until he shuddered and collapsed on Bianca's naked body. They were a panting mess. “I love you babe.” He whispered, placing a kiss on her forehead. “I love you too.” She replied. Damien had always been her dream. It was a good thing Ariel was finally out of the way. She met Damien back in college, he was Ariel's boyfriend. She was stunned to discover he comes from a rich family, and Ariel her friend had hit the jackpot. She had managed to hold her jealousy in, and keep her emotions in check. She began to scheme and strategize how she could steal him away from her friend. Ariel was a measly orphan who didn't deserve anything good. She wondered why she gets to have it all. Talent, brains and a handsome rich boyfriend. She was going to make sure Ariel's happiness does not last. Thankfully, it didn't take long to find out he was an easy prey. He was just a dog on leash who had not found a chance to run wild.
One night, she went for a wild party, the kind Ariel despised. She was happy to see Damien there. The music reverberated the entire club as the disco lights swung back and forth. She smiled at him from across the table where she sat, he returned her smile with a flirty smirk. Seeing her chance, she bit her lower lip seductively and raised her dress up to her thigh. She had downed the rest of her drinks and walked to the restroom. Damien came in shortly after. He raised had raised her dress with her both legs wrapped around his waist. He pinned her to the wall and fucked her senseless.
That night had marked the beginning of her affair with Damien, while Ariel remained in the dark.
“Damien .” A small shrill voice calls out from the stairs.
“I think my mom is here.” Damien informs Bianca. She quickly slides into her mini shorts and throws a loose shirt on. She tries to straighten out her messy hair with her fingers. Damien gets dressed as well. They ply down the stairs to meet the extravagantly dressed young woman. She's wearing a gold sequin dress that screams for attention and black shades. She adjusts the black fur on her shoulders with her black glove clad arms.
“Hi mom.” Damien walks down the stairs and gives his mom a peck on her cheeks. “You both should watch the news, I was so worried sick, that's why I decided to come over.” The wrinkle lines on her face creases in worry. The clop of her heels echo on the tiled floor as she walks toward the white plush sofa to pick the remote. She sits and turns on the TV.
“It's his funeral today.”
“The grim reaper gave us a warning.”
She informs Bianca and Damien. Their expression became pale as they walk towards the sofa and in hand and sit gravely beside the worried Calista. Memories of what he had done begins to flash in Damien’s head. He's unsure he could watch the funeral of the man he murdered to cover his family's terrible secret. He had murdered Mr Jacob's in a private park owned by the Jacob's family. Ariel who had come to deliver the chicken drumsticks Mr Jacob's ordered had caught him. The dying man stretched out his hand towards Ariel. He tried to talk, but his strength failed him. With a long hard final breath, he had bowed to death. Ariel was horrified, she had stared at him in shock like he was a monster. That made him pissed. She turned on her heels and tried to run. But he caught her and hit her on the head several times with her helmet until she was unconscious. She blacked out, that was probably the last memory she had before she died.
A young smartly dressed lady with a flawless skin and sharp eyes appears on the screen. “On the news today…. She began.
“The CEO of “Blue rail groups” who was found dead in his private park will be getting laid to rest today. Blue rail is a corporation that has grown from strength to strength for fifty years, and has helped many startups stand on their feet. With the CEO gone, Mr Jacob's only surviving son “Kyle Jacob’s” is most likely to continue his father's legacy.” A young man with short brown tousled hair and gorgeous amber eyes appears on screen. He waves with an ashy expression. He is seen strolling to a cemetery and greeting associates who came to honor his late father.
The TV goes off with a blip. The tense Calista tosses the remote aside.
“She was the only one who saw you.”
“Are you sure she's dead?.” She asked Damien in worry. The corner of Bianca’s lips lifts in a smile.
“Affirmative, we made sure she sank.”
“She’s dead mom, there's no way she can survive what we did to her. She drowned, Ariel is twenty feet under the ocean. You can relax your nerves.”
“But there is no body, her wretched body is not on the news.”
“There is no proof she's dead.”
“There won't be, no one knows she's dead yet. We watched Ariel sink , bound with a chains and with a twenty kg mass weight. She probably got devoured by a shark or something, that's why there's no body.”
Damien assured his mom, his family could not afford to offend the grim reaper.
“Alright.” She nodded, a little bit relieved but still trembling.
She adjusted her glasses and her fur.
“It'll be suspicious if we don't show up to Mr Jacob's funeral. Investigations are still on, we'll have to keep our family off the police radar.”
“I'll keep that in mind.” Damien reassured his troubled mother.
“The grim reaper has given us coverage to an extent. We'll be all alone soon. He hates disappointment.”
“I won't fail him.” Damien promised.
She stands up from the sofa and sashays gracefully.
“I need to get myself a black cloak, I have a funeral to attend and fake sympathy to present as well. If only that old geezer had minded his business he'd probably be alive. And we would not have to deal with that crazy wench called Ariel, who was snooping around and delivering cursed chicken in a place she was not meant to be.”
She smirks. No one dared to cross their family, absolutely no one. The last one who did was Ariel, and she was now a ghost, sea food. She was dead and gone for good.
