We slept for almost the entire rest of the flight into Salt Lake City. I had set the alarm for about an hour before landing, so we could get up, shower, and get dressed.

“We need to stop in Salt Lake City to refuel and change pilots,” I advised. “Captain Alonzo is from Salt Lake City, so we’re basically dropping him off at home.”
