Damien's POV

We had spent most of last night in the pack hospital. I had mindlinked some of our men to come get us since we were both injured, but they kept pressing for answers, how could we possibly get hurt just outside our own territory? It was humiliating. I would rather die than admit the truth: the witch we all believed to be dead was back. If the pack found out she had returned, hell-bent on revenge for what we did to her daughter, there would be a mass exodus.
