The blood moon was one week away and I could already feel it pulling at my wolf. During pack training that morning I had to stop twice to regain control when the shift tried to come early.

Eli noticed but didn't say anything in front of the others. He just moved the session to hand to hand combat instead of shifted drills and that helped me keep focus.
