Rhyker shifted his gaze to me, his whole body shook and in a swift move, he held my hand, pulled me closer, and his two palms moved to my cheeks as his eyes narrowed at me.

"We'd fine her, I'm sorry for what happened" he muttered even though he looked sad but he knew I was in distress.
