Tone: Vulnerable Paranoid

I’ve been dying in my sleep.

At least, that’s what it feels like.

Each night, I close my eyes and wake up screaming—sometimes from blood pooling around my feet, sometimes from Leone’s face looming over me, stained in red, whispering things that make my skin crawl.

“I had to do it,” he says in those dreams.

“You were cursed… you brought this on yourself.”

But the worst one?

The one I’ve had for three nights now?
