The forest was getting dark as the sun was dipping lower in the sky. Andrian had been searching for hours but still, there was no lead on Emily’s whereabouts. He knew that any further delay would be brutal for Emily’s safety.

The tall trees were blocking most of the remaining light. The thick bushes and tangled veins made it so hard for Andrian to move quickly. Crow cawing, rustles of leaves and strange noises made the forest no less than a horror movie scene.
