Chapter 80 How Dare You Touch Me? Don’t Leave If You Are Bold Enough!

Angered, Ronghua suddenly clung to the hand that snaked into her clothes earlier. That hand was on her chest. It then stopped moving, possibly in shock that Ronghua managed a counter-attack.

Ronghua utilized this chance and tried to remove the strip of cloth that was covering her eyes with another hand. She could thus know who this person exactly was. Though Ronghua reacted fast enough, the person on her body was even quicker in response. Ronghua’s hand was then intercepted.

Ronghua was hurt by that person’s grip and groaned in pain.

That person had also realized he grabbed Ronghua’s hand too hard and loosened his grip gradually. However, Ronghua was still feeling uncomfortable as she failed to remove the strip of cloth that was covering her eyes.

But Ronghua’s reaction also stopped that person’s move. That person instead looked down on her with hands at both sides of Ronghua’s head. Ronghua felt that he was looking at her greedily. Ronghua blushed and thought, “I really don’t think I am that pretty.”

“Who are you? Do I know you?” asked Ronghua. She finally could talk, for her mouth was plugged up by him before, which had stopped her from talking. But now she could speak as he had ceased kissing her, but she still couldn’t see him. She really wanted to know who this person was and could not wait to get the answer.

Strangely, that person did not reply to Ronghua and stared at her in silence as if he was reluctant to miss any changes of facial expressions on Ronghua’s face.

Ronghua was becoming increasingly impatient and asked, “What do you want to do? Imprison me, or you simply want to kill me like the others? Or... emm!”

All of Ronghua’s questions were pushed back down her throat. “He...” thought Ronghua.

Ronghua nearly had a nervous breakdown. “Another kiss?” thought Ronghua.

“This is still another violent and unskillful kiss, and it seems to be fighting for something. But why does he keep on biting me? This is not a kiss! It is a bite!” thought Ronghua.

But Ronghua had no choice but to endure this kiss. “Son of a bitch, just wait till my spiritual power recovers. I will kill you by then,” thought Ronghua.

Speaking of her spiritual power, Ronghua noticed there was something strange about it. “It’s not that I have no spiritual power now, but why can’t I feel anything, just like an ordinary person?” wondered Ronghua.

“The only power that’s still working in my body is the golden light that helps me heal the wounds, and I can’t feel any other kinds of spiritual power aside from that!” thought Ronghua.

“It seems that I have no spiritual power now, aside from the one that helps me to heal myself,” thought Ronghua.

“But how could that be! I have absorbed so much Yin qi. Though I have used much of that in the fight against Guiyun and Guixia, there should be something left!” thought Ronghua.

“That’s not right! My golden light does not use spiritual power to heal me!” thought Ronghua.

Ronghua’s self-esteem then took another grave hit as she realized that all of her spiritual power had disappeared.

Ronghua was uneased as she had never lived without her spiritual power.

That person did not sense any changes in Ronghua, and continued to play with Ronghua’s body. After the kissing, his hands also started to move around impatiently.

That person’s hand continued to move along Ronghua’s body hurriedly. Ronghua immediately realized that he was trying to touch her again as soon as his fingers touched her skin. Ronghua held his arms and shouted, “Stop! That’s enough.”

But that person did not stop and his actions also became increasingly lewd and wild. He soon felt unsatisfied and started to utilize both of his hands. Ronghua tried to catch his wandering hands the best she could, but that person was too strong to be stopped.

Ronghua was not wearing much, and with the person’s claws on her, her clothes were soon ripped open. Ronghua suddenly felt very distressed.

Ronghua’s eyes soon became weepy. Tears rolled down her cheek and wetted the strip of cloth that was covering her eyes. However, that person did not notice that and continued his lewd actions.

Ronghua wanted to burn him with the fire of nothingness but soon realized that there was nothing she could do as she had no spiritual power at all.

That person was entirely consumed by his carnal desire and did not care about Ronghua’s feelings.

It was not until he touched Ronghua’s cold skin with his body had he realized Ronghua’s uneasiness. He shivered upon that touch and came back to his senses.

“What am I doing? What am I doing?” thought that person.

He stood up in a hurry and separated his lips from Ronghua’s with his hand. He then removed the strip of cloth on Ronghua’s eyes. But Ronghua had changed her mind and did not want to know who he really was anymore.

Ronghua continued to weep with her eyes closed.

She had never been humiliated like this, nor had she ever been controlled. At that moment, she had never been so helpless, and her desire for power had never been so strong.

He held Ronghua up in his arms. They should have been honest with each other, and he should stop what he was doing as Ronghua was almost killed.

Since their bodies were glued together, Ronghua could clearly feel that person’s cultivation was not weak. “Why wouldn’t he just give up?” wondered Ronghua.

That person then placed Ronghua’s head on his shoulders and covered Ronghua’s body with a coat. Perhaps by not seeing Ronghua’s body, he could tame his carnal desire better than before.

Ronghua stopped crying as soon as she sat up. But she did not open her eyes as she had no interest in knowing that person’s identity.

Yet, Ronghua felt that she had to vent off her anger one way or another, so she bit that person’s shoulder with all the strength she could marshal. But that person did not seem to care about that. He just kept on fondling Ronghua’s back, hoping this could comfort her.

Within his expectation, Ronghua did not loosen her bite.

It was not until Ronghua sensed a taste of blood had she stopped biting that person, but she did not regret biting him at all.

At the same time, Ronghua pinched that person’s waist. She later felt one hand was not enough and used both of her hands. Though that person was strong, Ronghua’s strength was not to be underestimated. Ronghua’s body was fit, and that could not be changed by the lack of spiritual power.

That person was assured after seeing Ronghua stopped crying.

Suddenly, Ronghua had a strong desire to know that person’s identity. But when she tried to open her eyes, she smelled a strange fragrance, and weakness from her limbs soon ensued.

“Shit, I am set up again,” thought Ronghua.

Ronghua’s eyes were then helplessly closed tight before she could see anything. “This time, what will happen to me when I wake up?” wondered Ronghua.

Dazzled, Ronghua thought she had heard that person said, “Sleep tight, for I am here.”

Rongnuan had been sitting by the door for days, but Ronghua did not come back. If Rongnuan hadn’t got a strong belief that Ronghua would come back for sure, he would have suspected Ronghua had run away.

Jun Lang was lying on the beam of that deserted temple and ignored the two people down there. “They are too energetic,” thought Jun Lang.

Suddenly a frosty arrow grazed Rongnuan’s forehead and jetted straight into a stone statue.

Jun Lang landed down and took out that arrow with ease. He noticed there was a note on that arrow.

Rongnuan ran to Jun Lang and asked, “What’s on that note?”

Jun Lang opened that note and read, “No.77, Ping Liu Alley. Ronghua is safe.”

“Ronghua!” Rongnuan shouted out as soon as he heard that note was about Ronghua, “Are you sure that Ronghua is there?”

Jun Lang replied with a grim look, “I am not sure.”

Jun Lang was not only uncertain about the validity of that note but also about whether the sender of this note was an ally or a foe.

“We should go and check it out regardless of its validity!” said Rongnuan. He then started packing up his stuff and getting ready to leave the temple for Ronghua.

Jun Lang stopped Rongnuan and said, “This note could be faked. We should be more careful.”

Rongnuan pushed Jun Lang away and said, “What do you mean? If you don’t want to find her, that’s fine. You can stay here, but I am going.”

“Come back!” said Jun Lang. He then grabbed Rongnuan’s arm and asked, “What if this message is faked?”

“But what if it’s true?” asked Rongnuan in a sharp voice.

“I said it’s ok for you to stay. I am leaving for her now!” said Rongnuan.

“I want to find her, too!” said Jun Lang.

“Then why are you stopping me?” asked Rongnuan.

“I am worried that this could be an alluring trap!” said Jun Lang.

“I am not afraid of any difficulties, and I am not worried about anything,” said Rongnuan.

“You!” Jun Lang had no idea of how to communicate with Rongnuan.

Jun Lang and Rongnuan soon entered a standoff, in which neither of them could move. Jun Lang had no intention of letting Rongnuan go. If Ronghua returned and discovered Jun Lang was not here, he could be kicked out of Ronghua’s team.

You Yue was watching their confrontation with joy. She had never seen Jun Lang, and Rongnuan argued like this. “Why don’t you two have a fight and let the winner decides?” asked You Yue.

Jun Lang and Rongnuan seemed inspired and were getting ready to fight.

But they soon entered another deadlock as neither of them wanted to initiate an attack.

When Ronghua finally woke up, she heard a loud noise from the outside.

She was then struck by a sudden headache. Feeling dazzled, Ronghua sat on the bed for a while, and another round of weakness struck her limbs and head when she tried to get off the bed.

“What had that person done to me? And the fragrance was so strangely familiar when I think of it now,” thought Ronghua.

Ronghua almost collapsed when she stood up. She then held onto the bedside and cursed her for being so useless as to be humiliated like that. She then lifted her head and looked around the empty room. “I suppose he’s gone now,” thought Ronghua.

Ronghua then tried to summon the fire of nothingness. A tongue of flame shot up immediately. “My spiritual power is back, and it has become stronger?!” thought Ronghua.

If her spiritual power had not returned, Ronghua would have suspected that the entire thing was just a wild dream of hers. She then became increasingly curious about that person’s identity.

“That person is so powerful that he could force Guiyun to leave and seal my spiritual power without letting me notice. But one thing is for sure. He has met me before and is very close to me. He is not a monster nor a strange creature. He must be a human, for the texture of his skin was smooth. But that person’s identity is unfathomable as I was too consumed by shocks and sadness back then and did not see his face,” thought Ronghua.

Ronghua then recalled the feelings back then and felt an itch in her heart. All these years, no one ever dared to treat her like this, let alone to touch her so intimately and to leave safely afterward. Ronghua raised her left hand and summoned a pile of icicles with ease. “My growth in power is concrete. But I have overused my spiritual power before and could not even use a simple ice spell back then,” thought Ronghua.

“But, since he was here before, there should be some qi he has left, I should be able to find it,” thought Ronghua. She then casually used a searching spell. The spell suddenly surrounded the room and started to search for that person’s qi.

After a while, the spell reported no traces at all. “How could that be? As long as he was here, there must be something left. These traces can’t just disappear! I think the reason why the spell can’t find anything is that the person was really good at concealing his traces. Otherwise, I should have already found out his traces with my power,” thought Ronghua.

“Or, he is not an ordinary human,” thought Ronghua.

Ronghua was stunned by that possibility for a while and managed to move her lips after a long pause. “How dare he! How could he treat me like that…” said Ronghua.

The noises outside were becoming increasingly loud. “It could be a wedding day for someone,” thought Ronghua.

Ronghua walked out and saw the crowds, which confirmed with her guess that it was someone’s wedding day.

The bride was sitting gracefully in the sedan with a cold look, without any signs of happiness on her face.

But the bridegroom was smiling happily on his horse in front of the sedan, accepting compliments and greetings along the way.

Ronghua was in the crowds and could only see the face of that sad bride.

“This bride seems weird,” thought Ronghua. She was then amused when she saw what was in that bride’s hand.

If she was right, that bride was holding a dagger! “This wedding could as well become a bloody funeral,” thought Ronghua.

Ronghua shook her head and decided that it was not her business. She had no intention to interfere anyway. The only thing in her mind was that she needed to go back to the temple as soon as possible. Otherwise, Rongnuan and Jun Lang would worry about her safety.

“It has been so many days, Rongnuan would worry about me if I stay here any longer,” thought Ronghua.

Ronghua then left the crowds and the wedding parade. She could never have things that like in her life, for her identity had decided how her life would be. She was born with an omen of disaster and was consequently disqualified for a peaceful life.

She could hardly imagine herself in a wedding gown. “That’s ridiculous! I don’t even have a groom! How could I ever get the chance of wearing a wedding gown anyway!” thought Ronghua.
