“A mission?” I asked, swallowing. Something about it just didn't sound right. It didn't.

Maybe it was the way he said it, or the chilling look in his eyes as he said it. It all made me feel very unnerved.

“A mission.” He repeated without an expression on his face, and that was sort of spooky.

“What mission is that? Is it something I can do? Something anyone can do? What exactly is it?” I asked, hoping it wasn’t something which would be very difficult ...
