Nathan's POV

The relief of seeing Adina's eyes truly open, was a feeling I couldn't put into words. She had fallen asleep moments after, but the seer's reassurance was a balm to my soul. Her slumber was not a deep coma like before; she was just exhausted and needed to heal. I kissed her forehead and quietly slipped out of the room, leaving her to rest.
