My gaze flickers to Cadence.

Her head is hanging low and she looks deathly pale. Golen has more injuries covering his body, but she's in worse shape.

How could they do this to a woman? I'm horrified and disgusted by the sight of the gaping wounds and contusions marking her. If anything, this gives me strength to fight them even harder and show no mercy to whoever dares to stop me.
