The news moved faster than I expected. By the next morning, the entire city knew there was a woman moving against Aurelio Rossi's growing influence, and the most interesting part was not the destruction of the Frostfang warehouse or the number of people who had fallen because they refused to cooperate. It was the message behind it. Nobody knew exactly what I wanted. Nobody knew how far I was willing to go. But everyone understood one thing. I was demanding loyalty.
