"Huh! I gasped and opened my eyes suddenly. Then I saw my sister Hannah sitting down in the bed beside me. I am holding her hand.

"Oh... Hannah! You're here". I get up and throw my arms around my sister's neck to hug her.

"Yes I'm here, we're so worried about you since the other day. How have you been? Are you feeling alright? She ran her hand through my hair and down my back. Her voice was a little worried and her body was tensed.

"I..I'm fine but I want to go home. Did Daddy come with you?

"Yes, he is downstairs talking to the Alpha Prince Jack". I immediately moved away from my sister's embrace hearing how she managed to address my abductor like she knew the man herself.

"He's talking to him? Are you going to take me home now? I'm very much hoping she would say yes but she turned her head away from me before she answered my question.

"It's a little complicated Carmela, you are an Alpha's mate and not just any alpha but the future Alpha King of the Royal Pack". She blinked her eyes before she looked at me.

"What's the complication? Isn't Dad a hunter, he hates them. He should take me away from here. Please Hannah let me go home with you". I put my hands on her shoulders with my voice softly begging.

"And what!? I'm almost hysterical as I stand up and walk away with my back facing my sister. I have lost my last hope.

My sister smiled and walked passed me to greet him. "Hello, I'm Hannah, Carmela's older sister".

I arched my brows when she extended her hand for Gemer.

"Hey, I'm Gemer. Nice meeting you Hannahand I'm glad you came to visit Carmela but you two should be going downstairs now before the food gets cold". He gave a small smile and turned to walk back where he came from.

Hannah looked at me with an expression of awe and excitement. That is weird. "Let's go, Carmela, dinner is ready".

I didn't say a word and just walked with her.
