Zane’s POV

I was so tense having left Ridgeview without knowing who secretly recorded me or what they intended to do with the video. I sat in my office seat, fists and jaw clenched, thinking of my next line of action when Zara appeared in front of me. Her presence jolted something deep inside me that I was too stunned to speak, and I could only smile as she asked me out to lunch.

Could she have been the one who followed me? She probably saw what I was building and wants to get back with me? ...
