I saw her get into Zane’s car, and I sure as hell wasn’t hallucinating. 

I had watched from across the road after speaking with a client. She entered into the front seat with a composed expression I couldn’t read. 

I didn't understand how she could still do that in broad daylight when anyone could have seen them. I acted like I hadn’t seen them and didn’t go after them. I didn’t care if they were fucking their brains out.
