Xiaobi Building was built by Sheng Family last year. Originally, the place was covered by bamboo trees which were also known as Xiaobi. That was why this three-story building built in the middle of this area was named Xiaobi.

Back then, Sheng Family had reared its own singers and dancers. Considering that they needed a place for their performance, Sheng Family built a square in front of the building.
