“You fucking whore!” My husband roars, the mug in his hand flying in my direction. I dodge it. He charges for me, his hand around my neck, holding me in a chokehold, his fingers digging into my skin. 

“What did you do to my father, huh?”

He breathes exasperatedly, his skin shaking subtly.
