I try to open my eyes so I can look at my mate.

I want to see him, want to see my Cain, but the madness I'd knowingly called upon to slow down Zarek is reaching out for me. My wall is down and I can’t separate fantasy from reality.

Have I destroyed Zarek or am I just asleep?

Maybe this is another of those dreams I have, dreams that involve my victory over Zarek and all my enemies.
