Isabel’s heart was pounding so hard she thought it might rip through her chest.

Isaac hovered over her, his breath fanning her face. His eyes were locked on hers, dark and heavy with hunger. The kind of hunger that made her stomach twist and heat pool deep in her core.

“Say it again,” he whispered, voice low, brushing her hair back. His fingers grazed her temple, down to her cheek.

Her throat was dry. She licked her lips, her voice barely a breath, “fuck me, Isaac.”
