Armstrong and Stella, after talking for a long time and agreeing on their stand as to whether they would have a romantic affair or not, finally came to terms. Stella agreed to follow him to his home, where she and her daughter, Janeth, would be staying in the meantime. She began to like Armstrong, but hasn’t really agreed to marry him. She proposed to be in a contract marriage with her, for just a year. According to him, he would be paying her the sum of two million dollars, after a one-year contract marriage. But based on this, she was still neutral.

Meanwhile, both she and her daughter, Janeth, were seen being driven in a bulletproof car by Armstrong. That midnight, they were all going to his house, where he wished to house them, until things became stable with them.

They finally arrived at his house and were shocked. His house was not just a house, but a mansion. It was one of the biggest mansions that can be found in New York.

Armstrong took them to a big room and ushered them to have a lovely sleep.

‘’Goodnight’’Armstrong said to Stella. He immediately kissed her, not wanting Janeth to see that they were kissing. Although Janeth was still cruising in sleep, she opened her eyes, trying to understand what was going on between her mother and the young man he was seeing.

The next day, everyone woke up. It was now clear to Janeth that her mother was living in the house of a potential lover. Nothing makes her happier than seeing her mother being happy and living her life.

Stella, on the other hand, could see the true colors of the mansion that she and her daughter were brought into. She couldn’t believe her eyes.

A few days later, she began to easily flow along with Gideon’s vibes. They constantly went on a date along with Janeth, their little daughter. Gideon was doing everything possible to make her happy and comfortable. Ever since he has been following different women, none of them have had the kind of cultural attitude towards life that was seen in Stella. He was truly in love with her, but he would start from somewhere.

One night, he called her to the sitting room.

‘’Marry me. I will make you the kind of woman you have always wanted to be. Don’t take my words for granted, because I am serious about it said.

Stella knew that he was serious, but she was just imagining how her life was having some kind of shape that she couldn’t really understand. For example, she just left a marriage of five years, and met one who wanted to have her in another marriage.

‘’What exactly do you want?. Don’t forget that I was once a married woman’’Stella said.

‘’Are you currently a married woman?’’Armstrong asked.

‘’No, I am not’’She responded.

‘’I want to get married to you. I want it to be based on a legal contract’’Armstrong informed.

‘’Proceed with your words’’Stella said.

I shall be paying you the sum of two million dollars after the one-year contract marriage. But the major reason why I am making it a contract marriage is to make you the head of one of my important companies, " Armstrong highlighted.

‘’What about the company?’’Asked Stella.

‘’Many things are going wrong in there. Billions of dollars have been stolen by some people whom my team and I can’t really track and monitor’’He said.

‘’And you think I can track them for you?’’She asked.

‘’I will tell you what to do when you get to that position’’Armstrong said.

Stella took a break, thinking of his words. At this point, she knew that the mission he was trying to send her to would be a very hard and terrible one.

‘’So in essence, you want to use me to get at some individuals right?’’She asked.

‘’Yes. I believe you will be able to do it said.

‘’Meanwhile, before we get into the contract marriage, I will be giving you five hundred thousand dollars, as part of the total money that you will be receiving after your signature has been penned on the document, ’’ he added.

A few days later, both of them got married under a one-year contract. Their marriage ceremony was not made public for some reason best known to Armstrong.

‘’I will be expecting some visitors today, my dear’’Armstrong informed his new wife, some days after their marriage.

‘’Who could they be my love?’’She asked.

‘’It’s some important management personnel of one of my companies. They will be coming to dine with us today for lunch’’He said.

Stella finally made every necessary preparations expecting Armstrong’s guests. She cooked meals and prepared drinks that edified the powerful and wealthy personality of her husband, Armstrong.

Moments later, the mansion’s gate began to usher in a different variety of cars. The kind of cars that Stella was seeing speaks well of the guests' prowess who were coming.

Different people started to come out of the car. Stella then closed the window through which she was staring at them, to put on good clothes before coming out to attend to the guests.

‘’I will use this opportunity to introduce you as my lovely wife, to them, and will also tell them that starting from next Monday, they should be expecting a new manager in the multi-billion dollar company, ’’ Armstrong told Stella. She agreed. Meanwhile, she has already received the sum of five hundred thousand dollars before now, from him, as part of their deal. So this simply means that she is a wealthy lady. She would be using all the money she got from this mission, to build and beautify her life, and also to maintain her only child, Janeth.

Armstrong was now in a serious meeting with the fleet of guests that came to him, and after they were done discussing, he called Stella, his wife, to come and dish out meals for them.

As Stella arrived at the venue, she was shocked as her eyes met those of Gideon, her ex-husband.
